Goods Sale and Risk Disclaimer
All goods are sold on a non-refundable & non-returnable basis and are supplied at the buyer's risk. Our responsibility ceases the moment goods leave our warehouse. As per our company's policy all the products sold are non refundable & the sales is absolute. However, the goods sold are covered by our warranty policy.
Claims and Warranty Information
Claims for Damage or Shortage:
No claims for damage or shortage will be entertained unless reported in writing at the time of receipt of the goods.
No warranty covers physical damage or burns to the goods.
Warranty Policy
If your product does not work properly because of a defect in materials or workmanship, our Company (warrantor) will, for the length of the period indicated, which starts with the date of original purchase ("Limited Warranty period"), at its option either (a) repair your product with new or refurbished parts, or (b) replace it with a new or a refurbished product. The decision to repair or replace will be made by the warrantor. During the "Labor" Limited Warranty period there will be no charge for labor. During the "Parts" warranty period, there will be no charge for parts. You must mail-in your product during the warranty period. This Limited Warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and only covers product purchased as new. A purchase receipt or other proof of original purchase date is required for Limited Warranty service. 
Refunds and Cancellation
All goods are sold on a non-refundable & non-returnable & non-cancellable basis. However dead on Arrival (DOA) cases would be treated as per below mentioned terms.
In case of DOA (Dead On Arrival) product, service ticket needs to be raised by visiting this link https://hunterbharat.com/customer-support ; our service engineer will verify thru phone, video call & the DOA product needs to be shipped back to Hunter AV Technologies where it will again go thru testing, the testing period could vary from 1 Hour to 3-4 working days depending on the product. Once verified that the product is faulty due to a defect in material or workmanship, a new replacement product with a test video will be shipped & service ticket will be closed.

Payment Terms
All goods are sold on a non-refundable & non-returnable basis and the payment is to be done in advance or as per the agreed terms.
Payment of Invoice:
Payment for invoices must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
Interest will be charged at a rate of 24% on overdue amounts.
Cheque Bounce Charges:
A charge of INR 750 per bounced cheque will be applied for each occurrence.
