Please follow the below steps 1. Download the latest firmware by clicking on the Firmware button, extract the compressed file, there will be a folder called "firmware update". 2. Prepare a USB Drive/Pen Drive/Flash Drive, create a folder and name this folder "update" (recommended to use small case letters) 3. In the extracted folder there is an image file "RKxxxx" copy this file to the flash drive's "update folder" 4. Eject the flash drive & plug into the front port of ProConnect Base unit. 5. The LED on the from panel will flash, wait for the LED to turn crimson pink. 6. the firmware is upgraded, power off and power on the ProConnect Unit.
